Holly and Craig’s Wedding

-

Last weekend I was second-shooting for wedding photographer Mandy Charlton; a fellow member of The [B] School. The wedding took place at the beautiful country house hotel, Horton Grange, in Northumberland. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day, and we were made to feel like guests by Holly and Craig and their lovely families.

Here are some of my favourite images from the day…

James the photos are lovely. I think you will have capture the fun of the day perfectly. I especially like the photos in the woods and all the photos of the children enjoying the day.

Really brilliant James! I especially love the one of the groom photographing the bride and the one where the little boy is looking at you with all the other guests busy in the background. I also really like your processing style – very natural but soft and romantic at the same time. Well done!

Fantastic James!! I especially love the one with the girl blowing bubbles and the one with the bride at the top of the stairs! Looks like a fun wedding, you’ve captured so much happiness! xx

Fantastic photos James – love the couple with the old man and young boy – great moment captured. The one of the bride from above and the one before that – the look on the groom’s face is priceless. Also love the one framed by the window. The shots of the children certainly make it clear they had a good day – loads of fun. Well done – can’t wait to see your next creations.

These are fantastic James. I had a look yesterday and was so impressed and a bit jealous I couldn’t think what to say. So there you go – I am very impressed and a bit jealous! You have done a fantastic job.

Fantastic work, James! I am loving them all but especially the black and white woodland shot and also the drawing one. You really have an eye for detail and spotting when something interesting is going on.

You’ve nearly got the hang of this photography lark, haven’t you? :-)
Your composition is, as always, utterly flawless James. First class work I’d say.

Fantastic work, regardless of it only being your second wedding; your eye is already set, so to speak. I’ve subscribed via RSS as this is a stream of work I’d very much like to keep up with. Thanks for the links to The [B] School also; looks interesting. Does it have a big contingent of British photographers?

These are fantastic, James! Don’t know how I missed them – now I feel rude for not commenting earlier. You’ve got a great eye for the moments, my favourites are all of the first 8 or 9 and also the ones of the kids playing. We’d love to have you second shoot with us if you ever want to!
